1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and registering for the International Basic Practitioner Certification in NLP via our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service or register for the event.

2. Program Registration & Attendance

The NLP Certification is a 6-Day Immersive Hybrid Program:

• Online Sessions: 29, 30, 31 May. Participants must ensure they have stable internet connectivity.
• In-Person Sessions: 19, 20, 21 June. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation unless otherwise specified.
• Full attendance across all 6 days is strictly required to be eligible for the ABNLP certification.

3. Intellectual Property

All training materials, workbooks, presentations, and content provided during the course are the exclusive intellectual property of Basix - Center for Human Excellence and CJ Jeyachander. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial training purposes without explicit written consent.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or breach of confidentiality during group exercises may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.

5. Disclaimer

The NLP techniques and training provided are intended for personal and professional development. They are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment. Basix does not guarantee specific psychological, emotional, or financial outcomes from taking this course.
